主要科研内容简介

(1)已完成的研究内容。

一直从事半导体层状材料缺陷的相关研究工作:①通过对三元铋系层状材料BiOCl本征缺陷的第一性原理研究指出其p型导电性源于本征缺陷的费米能级钉扎效应,并从电子结构上阐明了实验中带隙从2.8 eV到3.6 eV波动的原因[Comput. Mater. Sci., 2022, 203, 111088]。②基于DFT研究了BiOCl表面氯空位对氮氧化物的活化行为及原因,发现表面氯空位在接近CBM处产生了由表面不饱和铋原子6p电子态构成的表面缺陷态,N2O分子的N-O键可以被表面氯空位直接打破[J. Mater. Sci. Technol., 2021, 77, 217]。③与合作者发现单层CoAl-LDHs纳米片中氧空位的存在促进了Co-S键的形成,并在CoAl-LDHs/ZnIn2S4异质结构的界面上作为电荷转移通道[J. Colloid Interface Sci., 2023, 651, 138]。④与合作者发现三元铋系层状材料Bi24O31Br10中的铋空位显著降低了激子结合能,有效地促进了光产生电荷的分离,显示出了优越的光催化Cr(VI)还原活性[Chem. Eng. J. 2022, 450, 138106]。⑤总结了铋系层状材料在能量转换领域的应用,撰写了相关综述文章一篇,至今已经引用100余次[Energy Storage Mater. 2019, 19, 446]

近五年以第一作者、共同一作和共同通讯发表文章6篇,影响因子>10的文章4篇。论文共计被引近2000次。

2)拟进行的研究内容。

1.二维纳米材料中的载流子动力学行为并运用有效的手段进行调控是当前能源催化领域急需解决的关键问题之一。我们将进一步系统地研究表面及缺陷对铋基二维材料载流子动力学特性调控作用,给出激发态下催化过程中载流子动力学的物理模型,并据此设计高性能的光电催化系统。

2.我们将构建一系列新型低维光电/压电半导体材料,并结合密度泛函理论对其基本性质进行研究,为新型纳米光电/压电半导体的开发提供思路和理论依据。
